Chiptune Tracker

Got a mini MIDI keyboard (AKAI LPK25) for my birthday, since I was exploring the world of music composition using Ableton, and out of the sudden got the idea to create a Chiptune Tracker. A Chiptune Tracker is a type of music composition software designed specifically for creating chiptunes (or chip music), which is basically a style off electronic music that emulates the sound of early video game consoles and computers. It acts as a sequencer interface that allows composers to arrange and manipulate sound channels of retro chip using pattern-based or a grid-style input, relying on hexadecimal notation to control notes and parameters. At least on web, generating sounds without 'sound files' is kinda a challenge, since the process is not precisely confortable.
